On Friday, July 25, 2025, the Acting Chief Fire Officer of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), Daniella Mawusi Ntow Sapong, joined the Director General of the Ghana Prisons Service and the Comptroller-General of the Ghana Immigration Service on a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty Otumfoɔ Osei Tutu II at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi.
During the visit, Madam Ntow Sapong appealed to the Asantehene to allocate lands for the establishment of more Fire Stations across the Ashanti Region and humbly called on him to add his powerful voice to the government’s effort to retool the GNFS for enhanced service delivery.
The visit allowed the newly appointed Service Chiefs to formally introduce themselves and seek the blessings and wise counsel of His Royal Majesty as they take on their leadership roles.
