3. ⁠ ⁠⁠Zoning status from the district assembly
4. ⁠ ⁠⁠Building plan of the facility
5. ⁠ ⁠⁠Fire Engineering drawing
6. ⁠ ⁠⁠Fire report of the facility .

B. Any other premises apart from the ones mentioned in A above .
