Provides technical, operational and administrative leadership for the efficient and effective performance of the administration functions of the Service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR

  1. Ensures the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programs and activities of the Directorate.
  2. Ensures the organization of meetings, conferences and workshop of the Service.
  3. Ensures the development of comprehensive database on material resources of the Service.
  4. Ensures the development, review and implementation of guidelines for the management of Public relations, records, statistics and the provision of service.
  5. Ensures the development and implementation of effective records management systems for the Service.
  6. Ensures the development and implementation of administrative systems of the Service.
